Return period
Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if the goods meet the return conditions, you can apply for a return. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please submit the return request through your website account or the designated channel within the time limit.
Return conditions
The goods must be in their original condition, including intact packaging, labels, accessories, and all complimentary items. They must not have been used, cleaned, or modified.
There must be no obvious damage, stains, or wear and tear on the goods.
Personalized customization, clearance sales, promotional gifts, or opened products are not eligible for return.
Damage to the goods or the absence of accessories due to the buyer’s reasons will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
Log in to your account, select the corresponding order in “My Orders”, and click “Apply for Return”.
Fill in the reason for the return and upload clear photos of the product (including packaging and the complete appearance).
After submitting the application, we will review and approve it within 3 working days and provide the return address and return logistics method.
Please return the product in its original packaging and suggest keeping the logistics tracking number for tracking purposes. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the product has quality issues.
After the product is returned and verified by quality inspection to be in good condition, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
Refund Method
The refund will be returned to your original payment account in the original manner. The refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform, usually within 3-10 working days. The price difference (such as shipping fees, coupon deductions) caused by the return will be refunded according to the original payment method.
Quality Issues Return
If the product has manufacturing defects, quality problems, or is significantly inconsistent with the description, we will bear the return shipping cost and offer free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence.
