This transportation policy aims to clearly explain the relevant rules, fee standards, delivery time expectations and liability division for order delivery, ensuring that you have a full understanding and reasonable expectations of the logistics process during your shopping.


Delivery Scope and Method
We support global delivery (except for remote areas and special regions). The order delivery is mainly carried out through cooperation with third-party professional logistics companies, including standard express delivery, dedicated logistics services, and door-to-door delivery services for large furniture. The delivery method is automatically matched based on the size, weight and destination of the goods to ensure safety and efficiency.


Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is calculated dynamically based on the weight, volume, destination distance and current logistics policies. The accurate shipping fee will be displayed automatically on the checkout page. For some products or orders that reach a certain threshold, free shipping service is available. For special large furniture items (such as sofas, beds, and cabinet types), additional on-site installation or tail-end fees may apply. These details will be clearly informed upon order confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Time
Regular goods: After the order is paid, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, and is expected to arrive within 3-7 working days (subject to the actual logistics company).
Large furniture: After the order is paid, it will be dispatched within 3-7 working days, and is expected to arrive within 7-15 working days. The specific time will depend on the destination, weather, and traffic conditions.
During holidays, extreme weather or peak periods, the delivery time may be extended. We will inform you in advance through the order notification.


Delivery and Inspection
When receiving the goods, please open the box on the spot in the presence of the logistics personnel. If you find any damage to the outer packaging, missing accessories, obvious damage, or inconsistency with the order, please take photos as evidence immediately and refuse to accept the goods or contact the customer service. If any problems are found after signing for the delivery, we will assist in handling them within a reasonable time, but valid evidence must be provided.


Special Handling in Special Circumstances
If there is a delay due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemic control, or transportation disruptions), we will communicate promptly and coordinate solutions.
If the goods are returned or multiple deliveries are made due to the buyer’s reasons (such as incorrect address or no one to receive), the additional costs will be borne by the buyer.
Orders cannot be cancelled at will after shipment. If special handling is required, please contact us before shipment.
